请教一个问题 产品资格的问题

问题1 如果我使用 ST的MCU做了一个PLC 或者 变频器 或者 手持设备。用了ThreadX，需要交钱吗？
问题2 如果我使用的是其他的国产MCU 做上述产品，需要交钱吗？

请知道的同学和前辈指导。

我现在需要学习并后续使用一种RTOS，FreeRTOS或者ThreadX。纠结中。
